HELLO?

Hello? Is anybody out there? I've been so good about posting lately, but no one, except for Cheryl :) is "talking" back.

I don't have much to say today . . . Anyone else have anything they want to talk about? Please?

Hey Nancy,
I stumbled upon a Washington Post arcticle, (via Capecodtimes.com) the headline reads, "Report: Family feared US troops" the article tells the story of a 15 yr old girl who was raped as her family listened from another room just before they were all fatally shot. According to two soldiers from the US 502nd Infantry Regiment, the rapists and murderers were from their Unit.

I can't find the words to describe how I feal about learning about this shit. As the father of 2 girls, I'm frightened. As an American, I'm embarrased. As a man, I'm disgusted. As a human, I'm sad as i think about that family's final days, hours & minutes.

Dylan's lyrics are eerie. Lt Watada is a true Military hero and I thank you for posting his plight and linking to his 'support' site.

I'm sorry for not posted as often as i thought i would. I'm reading everything you write, but I'm not a writer and it's difficult for me to put my thoughts into actual words and sentences, I'll try though :)

Brian, you rock!

I know you're reading, but sometimes I think I need a little validation ... Maybe I should read The Four Agreements yet again :)

On the other side of it, I like to know what you guys are thinking, too, instead of feeling like I'm preaching or something. Your views and bringing my attention to other issues always opens up my mind and that's what I'm all about ...

And by the way, don't shortchange yourself when you say you're "not a writer." You may struggle to put your thoughts into coherent sentences, but they ring out loud and clear. This latest post is WONDERFUL - full of emotion, knowledge and clearly expresses what you're feeling. You most certainly can write.

Thanks for the support. Your post made me smile, so right back at you :)
